Inexpensive, clean, nice staff, free wi/fi.,pool.

Location good, convenient to catching Baht Buses into town. Plenty of places to eat and 3 7-Elevens within a block. Room safe a plus.

Breakfast ordinary. Bought cereal and milk and had it in my room, using bar fridge instead.

Nice place but some area was noisy

It was a perfectly good breakfast, the hotel in general was very good, the locations are very good, great pool area. The room was absolutely worth the price.

It was no information about a part of the hotel was close to a very busy road and the noise from there was so bad that it disturbed our night's sleep and it was there about 23 hours a day. The wifi signal in the part we stayed in was so bad that I don't want to define it as wifi as it was more of an annoyance until useful

Nice location. Very short walk to Big Buddha, less than 20 minutes. Housekeeping staff was accommodating when requested upon.

Could have been better. Quite dated. A lot of kids.

First of all, Thank you for the staff hotel. They are always promply help my son when he got sick and call the hospital to send the emergency car to pick up him from the hotel. Truely Appreciated. For the hotel is exactly on photos. Swiming pool was nice for my kids. We took a songteaw service which is free to send us to the walking street area and pick up back to hotel. convenience store /11 and family mart just short walk to get food, drink and snack. So, dont worry about food at all.

The staff were exceptional. Always ready to assist and help out if required. The freshly cooked omelets were fantastic. Using the shuttle service into Pataya was great. Great wifi service too.

Location is very good for the families and couples as you cannot find red zone stuff next to the hotel but still it is very near to the attractions like Jomtein Beach and Pier to Ko Larn Island. You can go Jomtein, Kolarn Pier, Walking street and other attractions within 80 to 100 Baht cost in Uber. I got the room for around $30 per night with free breakfast and wifi which is a perfect value for money. Wifi was awesome, you can literally watch HD movies without buffering :D Seven-Eleven was just next to the hotel.
